− He reservado en booking una habitación Standard para mi tía y madre, y les han dado una habitación de la cual nada que ver con las fotos que muestran en la app. He escrito para que las cambiaran de habitación respetando lo que me mostraron y por lo que yo pagué, me dijeron que tenían temporada alta y que no era posible hacerlo ese día, pero que el siguiente día intentaría hacerlo y que tendrían como disculpa una una bebida en la terraza la cual mi tía ha pedido y no se la dieron dijeron que no que no era posible al otro día ha preguntado por el cambio de habitación y también le dijeron que no que no se lo iban a hacer. Es lamentable que ofrezcan un servicio en la aplicación y al llegar ahí te den una habitación que no corresponde.
