− La climatisation n était pas top, malgré différents réglages essayés, il manque des prises dans la chambre
Prachtige plek, maar geen fan van dit hotel
5.0De locatie was mooi, los van het louche winkelcentrum wat je even moet oversteken, tip ga via de uitgang op verdieping 00, veel leuker. Prachtige stad. De kamer was schoon
− De lift was vreselijk, te klein en moest te veel mensen bedienen waardoor je meerdere keren op en neer moet en mensen moet achterlaten om je verdieping te bereiken. De kamer was gedateerd, maar erger veels te warm was om comfortabel te slapen. De bedden lagen ook niet comfortabel. Het ontbijt kun je overslaan, in Metz is de keuze in hoogstaand kwaliteit eten in alle prijsklassen te vinden. De parking is een q park, en doet net als het hotel claustrofobisch aan, je komt er niet zomaar uit.
Prima betaalbaar hotel met goede faciliteiten en vriendelijk personeel
9.0Het hotel heeft vriendelijk personeel, een fijn zwembad, een goed ontbijt en prima bedden. De locatie is ook top, je stapt vanuit het hotel zo het centrum in. Wij zouden hier zo weer komen.
− De lift naar de parkeergarage is klein en gaat soms eerst voor niets de verkeerde kant op. Verder geen tegenvallers!

Was heerlijk en Metz is een mooie stad
9.0Zwembad, zeer centraal gelegen, leuke spelletjes voor de kinderen (tafelvoetbal, arcade spelletjes en Digitafel met spelletjes), lekker ontbijt.
− Het zit in een winkelcentrum dat zijn beste tijd heeft gehad en het hotel zelf is ook enigszins gedateerd maar dit gaat niet ten koste van het comfort of de service.
