− There was a serious problem of really loud noise that woke us up early in the morning. The noise came from right under the window, I think due to trucks unloading supplies to the hotel. I haven't encountered such noise in a self-respecting hotel in a long time. It was as if inside the room, the windows didn't block anything. When I complained at check-out I didn't get any response. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was in a meeting and that she would "send me an email." How surprising that the email hasn't arrived until today.
Had a very nice time.

9.0Room was comfortable, well equipped, quiet. Location just perfect, as we were looking for something near the Corinthia Hotel. Otherwise the Thames and Embankment undeground station just a few steps away. Breakfast was very good. Staff always welcoming and helpful.
