− 1- مبنى قديم لكنه نظيف اعتبره 3 نجوم 2- لا توجد شطافات بالحمامات لجميع الفندق 3- لا توجد امانة لدى الموظفين ،،، عند خروجي نسيت قلم مونت بلانك اتصلت عليهم وانا بالمطار واخبرتهم انه في الخزنة وسيأتي شخص من طرفي لاخذه وقالوا انهم لم يجدوه علماً انني انا من وضعه بالخزنة ولم يسكن معي احد
إطلالة جميلة ولكن يوجد شحاتين كثيرين والمناطق المحيطة بالفندق قذره و ارشح لأي خليجي السكن في التجم الخامس

− أخذت وقت طويل جداً عند الاستقبال لكي استلم غرفتي بسبب بطء النظام المستخدم موقع الفندق سيء من حيث الازدحام و العشوائية وكثرة الشحاتين اسفل الفندق
