2.0I got the worst night's sleep because the air conditioning barely worked and I was hot all night. The air condtioning blew humid warm air and it never got cold. I tried to call down to the front desk, but the phone in the room did not work. The bedding was dirty (please see pictures). There looked like there was dried blood on the one comforter. You also have to pay $19.99 per day per car for parking.

2.0Formal Demand for Full Refund and Compensation – Hilton Parsippany To the General Manager and Hilton Guest Assistance, I am writing to formally demand a full refund and appropriate compensation for the unacceptable conditions my family and I experienced during our recent stay at the Hilton Parsippany. Our family weekend was completely ruined due to a major power outage that left our room without electricity for an extended period. We had no air conditioning, no lighting, no hot water, no ability to charge our phones, and could not shower. Because there was no electricity, all of the food we had brought with us spoiled and had to be thrown away, causing us additional financial loss. Most concerning, I was traveling with my special-needs child. Leaving a vulnerable child in a room without air conditioning created a serious health and safety concern. Despite explaining our situation to your staff, our concerns were not treated with the urgency they deserved. Although other guests were reportedly moved to different rooms, my family was not provided with a suitable replacement room. Instead, we were left in an unbearably hot room without air conditioning. The conditions became so extreme that we had no choice but to leave the hotel at approximately 11:00 p.m. with our family because it was impossible to remain in the room any longer. No paying guest should ever be forced to leave a hotel late at night because the hotel failed to provide a safe and habitable room. The conduct of several staff members, including Manager Momo and Sabina, was unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful. I also requested a written letter confirming the power outage so I could provide it to the third-party company handling my claim, but this reasonable request was denied. This experience fell far below the standards associated with the Hilton brand. My family lost an entire weekend, endured unnecessary stress, lost personal property due to spoiled food, and was forced to leave the hotel late at night because the room was uninhabitable. I respectfully request: A full refund of my stay. Reimbursement for the food that spoiled because of the power outage. Appropriate Hilton Honors points as compensation. A written letter confirming the electrical outage and the hotel's inability to provide us with a suitable replacement room for my third-party claim. A written response explaining how Hilton intends to resolve this matter. If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will continue pursuing all available avenues, including consumer protection agencies, public reviews, and any other appropriate channels. I hope Hilton will take responsibility for this unacceptable experience and provide the resolution my family deserves. Sincerely,
