− lack of kitchen, noting this time we knew in advance from previous stay and future clients shouldnt have an issue as we were told from 3rd july new kitchn to be fitted
Cosy and clean stay for a road trip
8.0Great last minute booking - very clean, friendly staff and cosy for a night’s stay during a road trip up north. Affordable rates. Loved the sitting room and antiques.
− Had to pay an extra $20 on arrival for our 15month toddler who slept with us in our double bed, as the policy is “heads on beds”. Appreciate it’s a business but we never had to pay this for a toddler under two for any of our 5 differently hotel/motel stays on the island, or anywhere for that matter. And it wasn’t a separate cot or an older child which we could understand the extra cost if so.
Very good for our 3 generations to stay.

8.0Host was friendly and the location was our primary preference, rooms were spacious and beds comfortable and clean.
− While it was not specifically advertised as having kitchen facilities, booking an entire bach does come with reasonable expectations of indoor kitchen/cooking facilities; cooking breakfast on the BBQ wasn't ideal

8.0Excellent communication with Rhys. I was worried I would arrive after closing time, Rhys kept in touch with me.
− Nothing I didn’t like, I am not used to having to share facilities but this worked out fine and was reflected in the price.
