5.0− Das Personal war korrekt aber nicht sonderlich freundlich. Keine Klimaanlage und kein Insektenschutz in den Zimmern. Es war sehr warm in dem Zimmer und Fenster könnte man abends oder nachts nicht öffnen, da man sonst von Mücken zerstochen wurde. Frühstück nur mittelmaß für 4 Sterne. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht wirklich. Trotz eines beworbenen Bademantelganges muß Therme separat bezahlt werden.

9.0Hezká lokalita, milý, ochotný a hlavně česky mluvící personál. Perfektní wellness se saunami. Voda v bazénech je příjemně teplá, velké množství podvodních masáží tryskami, vířivka a parní lázeň s eukalyptem. Všude je čisto, klid, možnost najíst se v restauraci přímo u bazénu,

− Es ist immer problematisch, wenn das Personal vor den Gästen eben über diese redet - man hat wohl nicht damit gerechnet, dass wir Tschechisch verstehen.

10.0Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich, das Frühstück war echt grandios, die Zimmer komfortabel und sauber, die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und ausspannen ein. Der Bademantelgang ist sehr günstig um ins Sibyllenbad zu kommen.
