7.0Location, doormen are so friendly, and clean comfortable rooms
− The bar is supposed to shut at 11pm as is the norm and stated on the website. My husband and I got back at 10.30pm after a show and fancied a nightcap, so we went to the bar to ask for a drinks menu only to be told by the barman that the bar was shutting so he would not serve anymore drinks. This was strange as there were a few tables sitting with drinks, and it was only 10.30/35pm. He then followed up to say, you can go to your room and order drinks to their via room service ?! V strange indeed. Breakfast was chaotic, with a queuing system for being seated that does not seem to work. When we were called to go to our table, within the minute it took the waitress to guide us down the corridor, some other guest who clearly didn’t think they had to queue like everyone else had taken our seats! So we were relegated to seats next to the service / kitchen area. The same general lack of manners pervaded round the self service buffet from other guests with staff seemingly resigned to this type of behaviour. This is our 4th stay at the hotel, and sadly it’s not quite at the same standard as our previous visits.
Jeff was excellent on the front desk and our room was vast.

A dream vacation spot, that would also be great for business.

9.0Een zeer mooi hotel in hartje Londen. Ruime kamers met een praktische badkamer en een goede douche. Zeer mooie rustgevende welnessruimte. Uitgebreid ontbijt met veel verse producten.
− De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was naar onze mening ondermaats. Wat zeer spijtig is.
