I will never stay at this hotel again.
1.0The room was clean and comfortable
− I just checked my credit card and noticed a charge for $11.28 cents. I called the inn and was told the charge was for parking because I booked through Booking.com. I should have been advised if this charge before reserving the room. Further. I asked for a receipt when I checked out and was advised that it would be emailed. I never got the email so I was unaware if the charge. I will never again stay here nor will I recommend the hotel. Booking also needs to do a better job at advertising what if any additional charges will be assessed. Very disappointing. I stayed at a different hotel in Monterey the next night also booked through Booking and was not assessed a parking fee.

Too expensive. Felt like we didn't get what we paid for.
4.0Good location. Cute exterior.
− The toilet if very loud, so it would wake us up when someone went to the bathroom causing us not to flush at night. I felt like the pictures were better than reality. Not as spacious living area as we thought. Dated. The bed was not as comfy as we'd like. Probably won't stay again. The price was way too high for what we got.
