Will not stay here again because of your extremely rude staff!
1.0The location was excellent. Very convenient to everything in Lynchburg. It was clean
− The staff is rude! You could definitely tell the employees hate their job & it was reflective to the guests. I asked for towels for my 2nd day there and was told they didn’t have any!! I asked if there was even a pool towel that I could get and the lady at the front desk was very snarky to tell me they managed to get me one but that was it & she had to do a lot of searching for that! What hotel doesn’t have towels? The front desk lady and the housekeeper were making gestures at each other like it was a game to them to not give me a towel!

6.0− Entrance to hotel was kinda hard to find. It was right off of the main rd and people were walking around made me feel uncomfortable.

− The room was clean on arrival however that was where housekeeping ended. No one came into our room at all during our 3 day stay. We tried unsuccessfully to get clean towels. The breakfast wasn’t bad but just adequate
