− I booked a parlor the bed a foldable bed as a king pillows throughout the night keep falling back due to no head board for the price I paid should of had a normal bed
Disappointed
4.0The first night everything was good. I ask for housekeeping on day 2 and housekeeping did not show up. Ask for it on day 3 and 3 different times and no one never showed up to clean, replenish towels or wash cloths . Highly disappointed in the customer service when I ask for services and they were not provided.
Comfortable and the hotel is fantastic! We will be visiting again in the not too far off future.
