문경새재 여행을 계획하고 처음 가보는 곳이고 가족여행이라 규모가 어느정도 있는 합리적인 가격의 리조트를 선택했어요. 우선 리조트 위치가 천혜의 비경 쌍용계곡 근처라 초입부터 본래 여행의 목적이었던 자연경관 누리기에 최적화된 곳이었고, 모든 객실이 남향의 산뷰이고 로비가 중층에 위치해서 중앙 정원을 테라스에서 볼 수 있다는 점에서 시각적 만족을 얻을 수 있었어요. 생각지도 않게 리조트 내부의 온천 스파 시설이나, 바비큐장, 그외 애플피자와 소담한 단품 등을 맛볼 수 있는 식당 등 고객에게 부담스럽지 않으면서도 필요한 것들로만 준비해 놓아 먼 친척집을 방문한 듯한 느낌도 받았습니다.
− 시설면에서 최신식이라거나 최고급을 기대하지는 않았지만, 침대옆에 사이드 테이블이나 독서등으로 사용할 수 있는 스탠드가 없다던가, 배터리 충전을 위한 코드가 화장대 의자 아래 위치에 하나만 있어 이점은 부족하다 생각됩니다. 에어컨 리모컨도 작은방에 하나만 있었고 온도조절 스위치로는 작동이 되지 않아 조금 불편했어요.

시설이 괜찮았고 노래방,오락실 등이 있어서 아이가 아주 좋아했습니다. 침대도 편했고 베개도 편해서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 괜찮았고 편의점도 있어서 좋았습니다.
− 주차공간이 부족하여 외부 주차를 해야 했어요. 스파는 일부 공사중이라 규모가 작습니다.

추운 겨울이면 1년에 한번은 꼭 찾는 곳입니다. 대전에서 가까운 거리에 노천탕을 즐길 수 있다는건 아주 큰 메리트예요. 작년과 달리 샤워실, 탈의실이 쾌적하게 리모델링되어 더 만족스러웠습니다.
− 이번에는 디럭스룸에서 지냈는데요, 화장실 변기 아래쪽 어디선가 계속 물이 새고,, 다음날이 되니 화장실에서 연초담배냄새가 너무많이나서 힘들었습니다. 다른 투숙객분들이 화장실에서 담배를 태우신것같은데.. 강력하게 금연사항을 전달해주시면 좋을 것 같아요.
