10.0loved this hotel, they were so down to earth and helpful. im from new york and this was my first time in Texas and the staff here made me feel so comfortable! They gave me the beat recommendations. Zoe in particular at the bar was top notch, she will help you with the best recommendations. Also Chris who checked me in was so helpful accommodating! Definitely recommend this hotel 🥰

10.0We stayed at the Renaissance dallas Addison hotel will definitely keep this place in mind when coming back to dallas. The front desk concierge Arthur was awesome and very helpful made our experience alot better with our spur of the moment reservation.
