Came in to town for a Wedding and the World Cup - Love the World Cup setting very inviting and wedding reception was wonderful!!
World cup class service
10.0I spent a week (June 21-28, 2026) at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel for a business trip (during world cup). The hotel facilities were excellent and all the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Special praise for Rocio, Christina, Paige, Zoe, Andy, and Arthur. Rocio is the best bartender that I've ever seen... and I've been to A LOT of bars (sorry. mom). Rocio always greeted me with a smile, remembered my drink, and filled the room with happiness. She was simply delightful and made every customer feel special, even during busy times. Christina always had a smile on her face and seems to be the glue that holds it all together. Paige and Zoe were awesome and somehow manage to keep everyone happy even when it's a very large crowd. Andy at the Rooted Grounds coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful and remembered my order every time I came in. She always greeted me with a smile and always said have a nice day. Arthur at the front desk is one of the friendliest people I've ever met, great memory, and super responsive... all around great guy. I highly recommend the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel because they have the most amazing and attentive staff!
