Do not stay here. Staff is not trained and clueless on handling loud and obnoxious guests.

− Staff was completely untrained on handling a large kid birthday party. We requested a room transfer and was told no rooms are available. Two staff at front desk the next day said rooms were available. We only got 3 hrs of sleep. Everytime we requested a refund, I was told a manager would follow up. After 5 requests over a week, there still has been no follow up.

Convenient

− Obviously a much older, worn down hotel taking name Hampton Inn but none of their usual amenities. Broken elevator.
