We have stayed here previously but we were disappointed that there seems to be a lack of maintenance

− Air conditioning was not working properly, some lighting not working.
Quick and convenient, if you’re passing through Bowral not for a long stay.
7.0Location was great. Really love the nightlight in the bathroom.
− Bed was too high for short people. You could only make a coffee in the kitchen, no milk frother. No tissues or Little extras.

10.0Centrally located, quiet and beautifully styled for a compact room. Lovely lighting, comfy bed and large shower. I had accidentally booked for the next night and the staff member, without issue, moved us to the correct day. The rooms are away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel so it was quiet and easy to pop down for a meal at night enjoying a wine by the fire and taking advantage of the "special deal meal" they have each night.
− Not sure if it was a fault in the bathroom light or a security light but it didn't go off at night which meant we had to try blocking it. Not a major issue as it didn't cause too much light.
