10.0The hotel was fantastic. The staff did everything they could to help us but booking.com really messed up on their part. They did not follow through with booking to the hotel.
− The staff at the end Way and beyond duty to get us in because of booking.com had not done their job.

10.0great in accommodating us, especially when arrived and they couldn't find a reservation (that had booking.com confirmation.) Also, staff very helpful in suggesting local attractions & activities. Breakfast area well maintained and good variety of choices.
