− La seguridad. El hotel estaba abierto a la entrada de todo tipo de personas. Un joven evidentemente drogado estuvo en dos ocaciones en el lobby del hotel y yo tuve que echarlo. El personal de recepción no sabía quién era. Le hizo señas o señas a mis hijas menores de edad y a mi esposa. Terrible. Los pasillos tenían demasiado olor a cigarrillo y a limpiadores. Nunca más me alojo allí.

− Lack of enough points in both booking.com and the property application to stay longer. Heartbroken as I have to leave.

1.0Just the location close to the airport
− Room key never works, every time I went out on the way back to my room ,I had to go all the way down to the reception to check the key. Same day 4 times. Reception stuff, awful, at the check in they asked for a fisical credit card otherwise I won't be able to check in. When there is no any info about that in they website .
