− Microwave is so dirty- looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Also, the carpet going to the rooms is dirty.

− They don't clean the rooms every day. They also charged me $33 for a movie my 6-year-old accidentally rented on the TV. I found it quite dishonest that paid movies are so easily accessible to young children.

8.0location, room size, kama'aina parking rate, water bottle filler in lobby. non-plastic water bottles in room and coffee in the lobby (complementary/included in resort fee).
− Because the name formatting didn't match EXACTLY how it was written on the reservation and photo ID, the check-in staff gave us a little bit of a hard time, and we had to wait to get manager approval. It was a minor inconvenience.
If traveling with children, please indicate the ages of each child in the special requests comment field when making reservations.
