We loved the position of the unit as our son lives across the road. Close to the train ststion and a few nice cafes. It was new and clean and bright. Being new maybe that was the reason for a shortage on a few kitchen bits and pieces ie egg flipper, a bin, broom,no instructions on how to work the televsion just minor but would be helpful
