5.0We liked the fact that it was uphill with nice view around, very close to a bus stop. It was also really helpful to get the Ticino free ticket, we were able to explore a lot. The receptionist was nice to us, so the staff reception is overall good. In the reviews we have seen that people said it was really dusty and dirty, our towels were fine, and the room was also clean, but the place is clearly old though.
− For the price, I would say it was really expensive. With the amenities we got, it should have been cheaper. First of all, the check-in time at 5 pm is too late. I tried to ask through Booking for an earlier check in but did not get any response. We arrived at 4 pm, and we did not expect the reception to be closed, we thought we were scammed and that the hotel was not there anymore because it looks very old. Fortunately, someone came around 4:45 pm to welcome us. A slightly earlier check-in time would be better, or at least please make the reception open for guests to not be stranded outside. The furnitures are really basic, we did not have a meal plan (breakfast), so it would have been great if they have a kettle, and a small fridge for the price we paid, especially as the weather is really hot in summer and we cannot keep any drinks or food to be cool. For the location, although it is very close to a bus stop, it is very far away from shops and restaurants. I think there is only one restaurant close by. So you have to go to the city and take the bus if you want anything.

1.0Nichts hat uns gefallen, ausser die schöne Seesicht. Den Blick auf den See gab es nur durch eine gemeinschafsterasse. Die Umgebung war sehr laut , auch in der Nacht und das Zimmer und Bad mega dreckig. Echt schrecklich!
− Das Bett wurde wahrscheinlich nicht frisch bezogen, war nicht sauber. Der Fussboden war sehr drekig. An den Wänden hingen viele Spinnen. Das WC war nicht sauber. Wir sind uns sicher dieses Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt nach dem Gast vor uns. Keine Klimaanlage, obwohl dies im Beschreib dabei war. Keine Handtücher im Bad. Wurde nach Nachfrage mürrisch abgeeben. Sehr mickrige Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Loša komunikacija, problemi s doručkom i održavanjem
5.0Soba je uglavnom odgovarala fotografijama na Bookingu. U blizini hotela nalazi se autobusno stajalište pa je javni prijevoz do centra grada jednostavan i praktičan.
− Soba je bila prilično mala. Balkon je bio zapušten – stolice su bile prljave, a bilo je dosta nakupljenog lišća koje očito dulje vrijeme nije bilo očišćeno. Iako se oglašava balkon s pogledom na jezero, pogled je tek djelomičan i svodi se na mali dio jezera koji se vidi kroz grane drveća. Ormari su imali neugodan ustajali miris, a zajednički prostori sa starim i dotrajalim namještajem ostavljaju dojam da objekt nije dovoljno održavan. Tijekom noći buka prometa i motocikala bila je vrlo izražena, što je otežavalo odmor. Najveće razočaranje bio je odnos prema unaprijed prijavljenim posebnim prehrambenim potrebama. Dvije poruke koje smo poslali prije dolaska, u kojima smo jasno naveli da je jednoj osobi potrebna bezglutenska i veganska prehrana, ostale su bez odgovora. Na doručku nam je integralni kruh predstavljen kao bezglutenski, iako integralni kruh nije isto što i bezglutenski kruh. Kod osoba koje zbog zdravstvenih razloga moraju izbjegavati gluten takva razlika nije nevažan detalj, nego vrlo ozbiljna stvar. Tek nakon što smo na to upozorili, donesena su peciva iz obližnje pekarnice u običnoj papirnatoj vrećici, bez ikakve deklaracije ili potvrde da su doista bez glutena. Rečeno nam je da u hotelu rade samo dvije osobe, što možemo razumjeti, ali to ne može biti opravdanje za pogrešno informiranje gosta o hrani niti za rješenje u kojem se jednostavno donese bilo kakvo pecivo bez mogućnosti provjere. Djelatnik je bio ljubazan i vidjelo se da se trudi, no način na koji je problem riješen nije ulijevao povjerenje. Dodatno, nekoliko posuda na doručku bilo je prazno ili se nisu nadopunjavale, pa je cjelokupan dojam doručka bio ispod očekivanja. Dodatno nas je zabrinulo stanje održavanja sobe. Uočili smo otvorenu električnu instalaciju s vidljivim žicama te uređaj pričvršćen na zid s izloženim kabelima. Rasvjeta u kupaonici bila je toliko slaba da smo se morali tuširati gotovo u mraku. Ne nagađamo uzrok, ali takvo stanje nije primjereno hotelskom smještaju.
