Carino ma servizi e assistenza pessime

− Durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato diversi problemi relativi a servizi indicati come inclusi: il climatizzatore in modalità riscaldamento si accendeva ma si spegneva automaticamente dopo pochi secondi, rendendo la camera fredda e il riscaldamento inutilizzabile; la situazione si è risolta dopo varie segnalazioni soltanto all'ultima notte. Inoltre non ho potuto usufruire della colazione, in quanto alle ore 8:30 il bar risultava chiuso e non mi è stata proposta alcuna alternativa. Non rientrando in camera fino a sera, il servizio è andato completamente perso. Aggiungo un elemento per me molto importante: con me soggiornava mia madre, di 81 anni, invalida, che ha dovuto dormire in una camera fredda. In stanza non erano inoltre disponibili coperte aggiuntive che potessero compensare la mancanza di riscaldamento. Considerata la stagione invernale, la presenza di una persona anziana e invalida e la mancata fruizione di servizi inclusi nella prenotazione, ritengo il disagio subito significativo. Ho richiesto pertanto un rimborso parziale o uno sconto adeguato a comoensazione. Mi è stato dato solo un buono per una notte da sfruttare in un prossimo soggiorno che ovviamente difficilmente sfrutterò.

1.0− Ho pagato per una camera quadrupla, invece mi e’ stata assegnata una camera matrimoniale. Ho chiesto il rimborso al proprietario e ancora non ho ricevuto risposta.

5.0La colazione era inclusa ma non siamo riusciti a farla,in quanto il bar dove è prevista la colazione era chiuso. Abbiamo atteso 45 minuti e poi siamo andati via e abbiamo fatto colazione a pagamento in autostrada. Veramente un peccato...
