Die Lage zentral, nah zum ÖPNV, Zimmer mit Balkon, schöne Aussicht.

− In der Zimmerbeschreibung stand, dass ein Wasserkocher vorhanden sei. Das war für mich ein entscheidender Buchungsgrund, da ich aufgrund einer Halsentzündung und eines wichtigen Termins mit hohem Gesprächsanteil am nächsten Tag abends noch meinen mitgebrachten Tee trinken wollte. Direkt nach dem Check-in schrieb ich dem Hotel eine Nachricht. Die Antwort lautete: „Von uns ist niemand mehr im Hotel.“ Also hatte ich schlicht Pech. Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück entschuldigte sich die Inhaberin (?). Sie erklärte, die Reinigungskraft habe den Wasserkocher wohl vergessen, und sie werde das mit ihr besprechen. Gleichzeitig meinte sie, ich hätte bei der Buchung zusätzlich angeben sollen, dass ich einen Wasserkocher wünsche. Warum sollte ich das tun, wenn dieser ausdrücklich in der Zimmerbeschreibung aufgeführt ist? Sollte ich dann vorsichtshalber auch noch um ein Bett bitten? Leider gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen, sodass insgesamt ein negatives Erlebnis zurückbleibt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Beim nächsten Mal doch wieder eine Hotelkette statt eines inhabergeführten Hotels wählen?

Bedingt durch den fehlenden Schlaf war der Aufenthalt miserabel.

Die Hotellage in der Stadt ist sehr gut

− Dem Hotel gegenüber liegt in einer engen Gasse ein Szenelokal mit Musik und überwiegend Jugendlichen auch auf der Straße. Der permanente Lärm ebbte erst zwischen O3.00 und 04.00 h ab. An Schlaf war die Nacht über nicht zu denken.

Frühstück war sehr gut.Es war sehr laut die ganze Nacht über. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher schon. Dafür war die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Mitten in den Stadt.
