The accommodation was advertised & paid for but not open. We discovered this on arrival. We spoke with someone on the number provided & was told to claim a refund. Unfortunately the Hotels help desk was unable to contact the property initially. When I got back to Hotels.com the following day a refund was arranged - not sure if my other accrued Hotels benefits used for this booking have been restored yet
