8.0Petit déjeuner avec des produits artisanaux de premier plan !! Pains extraordinaires, Confitures très originales, fromages et charcuterie mettant à l'honneur l'artisanat local... que du bon ! Les repas sont très copieux et d'excellente qualité...
− Peut-être la disponibilité d'une équipe, sérieusement stressée en conséquence du succès international que connaît cette Auberge... Mais ils gèrent plutôt bien la pression et avec humour !

8.0Super Lage. Die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen, insbesondere die Gerichte aus den Vogesen.
− Im Gegensatz zu anderen Rezensionen fanden wir das Frühstück eher bescheiden. Für Wanderfreunde war 8 Uhr als Beginn fürs Frühstück zu spät.

10.0Établissement qui est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique ainsi que un bon équipement concernant la chambre, le lit douillet ainsi que la cuisine très bonne 😊 Je recommande cet établissement avec grand plaisir et un accueil très chaleureux de la patronne, ainsi que de l’équipe entière
− Il est vrai que il faisait très très chaud, nous étions plein canicule donc 35° et il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre qui nous a aidé. Mais si elle avait plus de climatisé ç’aurait été vraiment encore mieux.
