7.0Ideāla atrašanās vieta - pie kanāla un vaparetto pieturām. Bija virtuvīte ar mazu balkoniņu un visiem traukiem, tējkannu, ledusskapi un plīti. Viss pamatvajadzību apmierināšanai. Nebija nekādu kukaiņu.
− Tumsā ievadīt durvju kodu bez sava lukturīša nav iespējams. Istaba bija maza un vājš apgaismojums. Mēbeles vecas nolietotas, bet tas netraucēja. Viena apvienota tualete un vanasistaba uz 8 cilvēkiem (4 istabas). Siltais ūdens ātri beidzās un nepietika visiem. Tualetē smirdēja. Tas traucēja komfortam. Pie kāpnēm, kur jāiet uz istabu atrodas blakusesošā restorāna miskastes, kas smirdēja, ko var just sēžot uz balkona!!!!! Restorāns ar negodīgu komercpraksi.

8.0La localisation est top! Très près de la gare, avec deux arrets de vaporetto presque au pied du batiment.. deux restaurant au pied et plutot bon! Dans une rue animée au bord d'un canal... Les équipements sont très bien, le ménage fait réguliérement...
− Petit problème avec les lumières... Dans la chambre et les couloirs il manquait des lustres au plafond ... il ya avait seulement de petite lampes de chevet et la nuit pas simple.. Dommage également le peu de communication avec lhotel avant le séjour... Je posais des questions auquels je n'avais pas de réponse et cela n'était pas rassurant... Le jour de notre arrivée par contre nous avons reçu toute sles informations nécessaire et pendant le séjour la communication était bonne et les hotes très réactif...

8.0Это гостевой дом с отдельными комнатами и общей ванной и кухней, понравилось то, что было всегда чисто, было заметно, что в общих комнатах уборка была ежедневной. В комнате было чисто, кровать удобная. Когда приехали боялись что заблудимся, но легко добрались до места проживания благодаря картам Гугл и подсказкам местных жителей, т.к. в Венеции были впервые.
− Жаль что нет микроволновки и лестница слишком узкая, крутая и высокая и нет лифта, мне пришлось поднимать и спускать чемодан весом в 20 кг самой, это было действительно трудно.
