Great location in the heart of the Stockyard Historic District in a rustic western themed hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our air conditioning failed. Long story short we switched rooms three times, which was inconvenient. Apparently the ownership is planning extensive renovations soon. As such, the hotel in its current state is suffering from neglect.

− Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom old condition. Room on road noisy from local bars. Would not want to be there on a weekend! Some staff excellent. Some very poor service.
