2.0Room was dirty, the check-in was awful because the code wasn't working and the phone number of the "service center" didn't reply until 45 minutes after my initial call. Once I could enter my room it turned out there was barely any water coming from the water tap in the bathroom, which required an initial phone call. All in all - very dissatisfied.
Self check in, clean, economical
10.0This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect.
Estadia bem localizada
8.0A estadia foi boa, localização próxima de cafés, restaurantes e supermercado. Mas não é acessível , prédio todo apenas com escadas . Precisa melhorar a questão da segurança , durante a noite alguém usando a nossa senha abriu a porta do quarto.
