9.0시설이 매우 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 주변이 주택가라서 밤에 조용해요. 편의점도 바로 옆입니다.
− 히가시 신주쿠 역세권이긴 한데 히가시 신주쿠 역이 지하철 노선 교통상으로는 불편합니다. 그리고 숙소에 엘리베이터랑 수하물 보관 서비스가 없던 것도 아쉽네요
