Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, aber bitte, liebe Direktion, lasst es nicht so herunterkommen. Das wäre wirklich schade.
5.0Das Dormero ist eigentlich win sehr schönes und gutes Hotel. Wir waren schon ab und zu mal da. Die Zimmer sind gehoben und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Vom Hotel gelangt man direkt in die Colonnaden des SI Centrums und zu allen Locations wie Musical, Schwabenquellen, Spielbank,…ohne dass man dafür bei schlechtem Wetter nach draußen müsste.
− Wir waren im Juli für eine Nacht dort, da wir in den Schwabenquellen einen Tag verbracht haben. Als wir abends im Zimmer waren, zeigte das Raumthermometer 29,7 Grad Celsius. Eine Absenkung war nicht möglich. Fenster und waren nicht zu öffnen. An der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass sich schon viele Gäste darüber beschwert hätten und man nichts machen könne. Zimmertausch war auch nicht möglich. Die Klimaanlage sei kaputt. Wir haben in dieser Nacht folglich nicht viel geschlafen. Die Außentemperatur betrug in dieser Nacht ca. 20 Grad, hätte man die Fenster wenigstens kippen können, wäre es bestimmt angenehmer gewesen. Leider ist dieser Zustand im Hotel nicht kurzfristig, sondern dauert schon seit Monaten, wie man den Kommentaren vom Mai entnehmen kann. Immerhin sagte man uns, dass die Handwerker dabei sind, die Klimaanlage zu erneuern. Es wird aber wohl noch dauern. Ich bezahle lieber etwas mehr Geld im Hotel und habe dafür ein gutes Raumklima. Auf der Hotelseite stand natürlich nichts davon, dass die Kimaanlage im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert. Und noch was… Im Badezimmer sollten dringend die schwarzen Silikonfugen getauscht werden.

− Loch in der Decke in einem Zimmer. Im zweiten Zimmer konnte das Fenster nicht geschlossen werden und es dauert lange bis ein Zimmerwechsel möglich war.

8.0− Die Beschilderung von der Tiefgarage zum Hotel und auch vom Zimmer zu denen Aufzügen war einfach schlecht bzw mitunter nicht vorhanden.

7.0hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet. Check out bis 12 Uhr. Ideal für Musicalbesuch.
− Freundliches aber wenig hilfsbereites Personal. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

7.0Die Nähe zum Musical.
− Leider etwas unübersichtlich und nicht optimal ausgeschildert um in das Parkaus zu kommen. Roter und Weisser Teil des Hotels... ? Zimmer war okay, wobei man sieht das das Zimmer abgewohnt ist. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab.
