− When you stay at a hotel rather than an Airbnb you expect good service. There was no-one at reception to check us in when we arrived - although the barman was very friendly and gave us both a glass of water while we waited 5 mins before checking in. I got the impression upon entering or leaving the hotel that the staff would rather keep their heads down and would only reluctantly greet us when we said hello. Also, there was no iron in the room - all the other properties we stayed at on our trip provided this service. The hotel offers to press your clothes but at a cost of £20 per shirt I think this is too much.
