10.0The room is very spacious and clean and mine had a little balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor which tenants can freely use. The host is super kind and welcoming. He's got nice bicycles which can be used for free and it's a very nice way to go around. It is about the same distance from the beach and from the old town about 15 min slow cycling in nice surroundings. Supermarket and a simple local café are right there as well.

10.0Quoc is the nicest guy who has the best homestay in Hoi An. Great, central location. Free bicycles and laundry facilities to use. Great restaurant as well.

10.0Tout ! Très bien placé entre ville et mer (environ 2.5 km de chaque côté). Nos hôtes, petite famille charmante, accueillante qui essaient de communiquer au mieux malgré un anglais limité. Logement impeccable et propre. Prêt gracieux de vélos et laundry sur place sans supplément. Restaurant de spécialités Viet juste à côté, très bon.Je recommande vivement.
