La vera masseria pugliese
10.0La masseria Catucci è un posto autentico fuori dal tempo. Personale accogliente e disponibile. La struttura è meravigliosa. La cucina è la tradizione a tavola. Prodotti di prima qualità freschissimi e lavorati al momento. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

10.0Πολυ βολική τοποθεσία. 10 λεπτά από Alberobello και Locorotondo. Το βράδυ έχει ησυχία και πολύ δροσιά. Το εστιατόριο ήταν μια έκπληξη γαστρονομική.
− Θα ήθελα παραπάνω φωτισμό στο δωμάτιο και ένα ψυγείο θα ήταν χρήσιμο τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες

8.0Location was great, room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing and one of the best we had on our holiday.
− When we arrived we couldn't find anybody to check us in. A chef was able to phone someone and guide us to our room. Later we went back to reception who had no idea who we were and kept thinking we wanted to buy a room. Even checking out was a disaster and we had to speak to about 5 different people before we could just simply hand them our key; it was like they didnt know we were staying on the property. It wasn't so welcoming as a result. In total we talked to about 10 staff members on our 1 night stay and we never once saw the same member of staff again. We left the hotel to explore the town and arrived back at 10pm. The restaurant at the premises was extremely busy and there was person guiding cars. He kept telling us that the place was full and to come back another time. I told him many times that we are staying but he seemed to not know that this premises even had rooms. Nobody at this place spoke English or had the patience for Google Translate which made everything 10 times harder. This was the first night of our holiday but we later learned that this inefficiency is normal 😄
