Nos hizo una mejora de apto sin siquiera haberlo pedido y nos surgió una necesidad que nos ayudó a solucionar con un trato inmejorable. Muy contentos con el alojamiento. No dudaremos en repetir si volvemos por la zona.

Apartment already booked and occupied by someone else. Offered very small attic room instead. Absolutely not acceptable. Owner most apologetic, but the mistake is with Booking.com. He is happy to refund in full, but not seeing any sign of a refund despite approaches to Booking.
