7.0We enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace. The bar service was excellent and the beds are comfy.
− The pool closes early and then they don't allow people on the terrace at night which is extremely disappointing given that most people book this place for the view of Florence. Also, our AC would shut off every time we left the room and removed our key card. We requested another key card so we could leave the AC running while we were out. Even then, the room was almost too hot to be able to sleep comfortably but I understand that's normal when it's over 100 degrees outside.
