8.0Good location, good gym. Clean.
− Personnel failed to give breakfast vouchers and tell when and where the breakfast is served. The hotel is seen quite many years.

2.0Stay away from this hotel! We booked 7 months in advance to be sure we had a room to attend a popular concert in the nearby M&T Bank stadium that night. We prepaid at a rate that was three times their normal rate. We arrived at their 4pm check in time and stood in line to check in for 2 hours before reaching the desk only to be told that they had no clean rooms ready for us. The desk agent said that they were cleaning rooms and that if went to the concert a room would be available for us upon our return. We even provided identification and our card for incidentals. The expectation was set that we would just pick up our key after the concert. We returned from the concert after midnight. Of course there was no room for us. We were offered a room at a lesser hotel 17 miles away with a 25 minute at 1am at this point. We refused and drove the 40 miles to our home. We requested our credit card company's travel portal initiate a refund which we just learned was refused by the hotel because alternative accommodations were offered. This is infuriating and I suggest anyone considering this hotel rethink that decision, especially when popular events are happening in downtown Baltimore.
