Supposed to check in at 4 but staff said room not ready was waiting for almost 2 hours .2Elevator was not working

− We had to walk all the way from the parking deck to the front entrance each time we parked because of renovations. It took us 10-20 min each time to even catch a elevator to get off our floor! Big boards all in the hallway where they were working on the elevator, i even stepped in a acrew inside the elevator, luckily it didnt go through my shoe.

3.0Nothing my stay was unpleasant
− My experience this go around was horrible, I received a room where the air didn't work, elevators down due to service on a busy weekend such as a concert weekend. I don't think I'll stay at the location again!
