− Per mi, a l'apartament hi faltava una mica de manteniment. El calefactor del menjador no funcionava, la campana no anava al 100%, hi faltava llum, ens hem trobat varis utensilis bruts, que no estaven ben nets, i s'han hagut de rentar abans de poder fer servir. Sobre l'edifici, se'l veia antiquat, l'ascensor no funcionava...

− Todo bien, el trato con Judit fue correcto para hacer el check-in. Sin embargo, tuvimos una duda, le consultamos y daba la sensación que ya no priorizaba atendernos. Todo ok, pero fue así.
