8.0Room size and how close we were to the beach and all the extra pools!
− We actually had an ocean-view room, but we were disappointed because the balcony was completely filthy. It had someone else’s bikini top and toys left behind, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. It definitely needed to be sprayed down. The view was beautiful, but the condition of the balcony was very disappointing.
not secure anyone can walk in the hotel … nothing is locked to keep them out

− got there like 1235 .. said room will be done soon .. didn’t get my room until almost 430 Asked for towels and toilet paper.. had to by own and got towels two days later Do not recommend Elevator was broken first day n half as well had to take stairs Also has Cockroaches
Don’t reccomend .. bring your own toilet paper, towels, and expect nothing from the staff.
1.0Location was the only thing I can’t complain about
− The staff were not the friendliest and of no help. Property was not maintained at all. Dirty wouldn’t stay again.
