8.0To be frank, I was anxious because of the poor reviews. In fact, we had to switch rooms due to a power outage in our first room, and the fridge in the second room was noisy enough to bother my wife. Nevertheless, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout every issue. All in all, the room and general facilities were great value for money.

− No elevator. Had to carry suitcases down a flight of stairs. This was not made clear on the website. Hotel definitely in need of an update. I've stayed at Sandman Hotels before. This is definitely below their usual standard.
