Great location to the SD Zoo but hotel needs improvement

− Barn-style sliding bathroom doors with large gaps offering minimal-to-no visual and acoustic privacy. Electrical outlets were loose resulting in plugged in cables falling out. Pillow case on the bed had washed blood stains.

− ארוחת בוקר לא מספיק מגוונת, ללא סלט, ללא קפה איטלקי. גם המאפים לא היו מוצלחים. הבריכה היתה סגורה לשיפוצים. בקשות שביקשתי מהקבלה לא נענו. חדר לארבעה בנוי בצורת "ר" ולא ניתן לצפות בטלוויזיה מאף אחת מהמיטות.

Parcheggio: Comodo e sicuro, ideale per chi si sposta in auto. Servizio: Personale accogliente e camere silenziose che garantiscono un ottimo riposo.
