− Musty smell, lampshades were dirty and splattered with stains. Toilet was way too low.

− Dirty, no housekeeping, no coffee maker in the room and only hazelnut coffee in the office, not everyone likes hazelnut!!!!!!!! Pool reeeecked of way too much chlorine

− That when I googled “pet friendly” hotels you were the top hotel.. but you’re not pet friendly so we never entered the room, got a refund
