− So we come into town to visit my mom. Always stayed at this hotel. Never had a problem. We get in at 1am and i get told they released my room because i didn't do the pre check in. This has never happened to me before. I asked why didn't anyone call me to confirm and he said they dont do that. We had a rental. I cant fill out the pre check in and put a model and plate number down when we didnt have the car yet. Ive never had a room released before. It worked out and we got our room for the same rate but i wasnt happy about it. Probably wont stay there again so we dont have to have any issues.

10.0Hotel was close to the location we went too and also close to everything else. Room was clean I liked the walk in shower bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffy just wished I would have taken another blanket because I got cold at night.
