− Room was never cleaned and I had to request towels, cleaning staff was hanging out in the halls on their personal phones having inappropriate conversations in front of guests
Horrible
1.0The room only had one towel for 3 of us. I asked three times for extra towels for the rest of us. They never brought them up. The body soap dispenser also didn’t hav soap in it. I asked for more and they didn’t have any. The front desk manager was flustered and just kept saying he couldn’t help. I was very disappointed in my stay here.
− Lack of towels and toiletries. No customer service. The hotel was loud and people walking around at all hours even after quiet hours.
We will be back in Corpus Aug 20 if I can get a better price, we are hoping to stay with you again
8.0Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly.
− I wish the price would have included breakfast or dinner. Most of the other hotels around included breakfast or dinner with the price of their stay. The price we paid was a little on the high end for it not to include breakfast or dinner. Other than that the sky was nice.
Stay was great, beds comfortable, but the bathroom needed to clean and shower curtain wasn’t changed
