Easy walk from the airport. Efficient shuttle back in the AM. Comfortable, clean. Friendly staff. Great place for a 11 hour layover in Seattle

Very convenient location to Seattle Airport

The hotel is under renovation from a Crown Plaza (I think) to an AC Hotel Marriott. We were in a recently renovated room. While rather small, the room was very comfortable and clean. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed in a few AC Hotels, I don't recall such a "minimalist" decor. We were only there for 1 night to catch an early flight the next day. You can literally safely walk to the airport (7–10-minute walk) with the skybridge. I was with my wife and too much luggage; we opted to take the shuttle which was great! Very convenient. We ate a late night "dinner" at the restaurant and found the pricing a little expensive, but it was decent and very convenient. Service at the front desk and restaurant was friendly and efficient.

The cleanliness and the proximity to the airport

− I was in the lobby at 4:50 AM on Tuesday, July 21st, for the 5 am shuttle as I was instructed by the front desk staff. I was told that the shuttle had left because it was full and that I could walk if I didn't want to wait for the 5:30 am shuttle. There were 3 of us in total waiting. One of the guests called an Uber. Then - out of the blue- an empty shuttle showed up at 5:02. I could only guess that it was the 5 am shuttle. No explanations from the front desk or the shuttle driver. No apologies, no good mornings, thanks for your patience. Nothing. Doesn't say much for the hospitality industry. In addition, there was no coffee or cold water available in the lobby - ever. The prices in the restaurant were exorbitant and the prices in the small lobby market were unbelievably high - $8.00 for a cold bottled coffee drink. The room was fine, but everything else was subpar.

Hotel was in a fantastic location , about 4 minutes from the airport. They have a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, even had complimentary water on the bus. Hotel was clean and comfortable, our room was large and had lots of amenities including iron and ironing board, hair dryer, complimentary water and toiletries, coffee machine etc. Bed was super comfortable so a good nights sleep too. Good food, the restaurant was nice and clean and food of a good quality. Staff lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to Linda and Levi on reception, fantastic service

Location was convenient to the airport. Breakfast was fine, though spendy for the limited options.

− Value for quality was not there. The room was outdated and it felt dingy. For the price we paid, definitely not worth it. Should have stayed at a cheaper place nearby
