De início, logo que avistamos os chalés, em formato de barcos, já é bonito. O pessoal que vinha no transfer já impressionou com o charme do lugar. A proprietária e funcionários são muito atenciosos, a gente se sente confortável, protegido. Tudo é muito bem cuidado, percebemos zelo em todo momento, antes e durante toda a estadia.

El personal y el desayuno muy bueno

− La gestión de los dueños, acerca el pago de la reserva, nos hicieron sentir incómodos (como si no quisiéramos pagar) y ellos no tenían las máquinas activadas para pagar vía contacto. Estuvieron el último día (cuando queríamos descansar temprano hasta las 10 - 11 de la noche viendo cómo regularizar y nos tuvieron ahí esperando a ver cómo resolver (como si nosotras no quisiéramos pagar) y al otro día salimos a las 6 am. En el baño habían ranas chiquitas y lagartijas. Rescató que tuvieron la buena voluntad de dejarnos desayuno más temprano para el día que salimos temprano.

A funcionária do café da manhã muito atenciosa

− A dona,do chalé toda hora manda msg, se vc nao chega na hora de fazer o check-in trata mal, é mal educada, pq nao tem funcionario o tempo todo, antes de vc pagar e acerta o horário do check-out ela informa q ta td bem, depois fica mandando dezenas de msg p sair ate 9h. Como nao tem funcionário o tempo todo, se vc precisa de alguma coisa tem que mandar msg, esperar bastante p alguém vir.

Criatividade para construir uma pousada semelhante a estruturas de embarcações, porém tudo muito mediano. Nada condiz com o alto valor cobrado na alta temporada.

− Nada condiz com o alto valor cobrado. Proprietário está lá trabalhando sem empenho e sem boa vontade de servir. Por que ter uma pousada? Um dos lugares com o pior custo-benefício que já fiquei. Mesmo sabendo que Atins ainda não é um local bem estruturado, há hospedagens bem melhores onde já tive oportunidade de estar.
