− Personal nicht hilfsbereit. Wir fragten ob sie ein grosses Taxi für uns bestellen können und wurden zweimal an einen anderen Mitarbeiter weitergereicht, obwohl die Mitarbeiter nur an der Empfangstheke standen und warteten. Der Dritte Mitarbeiter hat uns dann gesagt wir sollen draussen selber schauen, es komme immer mal wieder eines vorbei. Leider war da kein Taxi. Als ich erneut fragte war er nicht nur abweisend sondern schnautzte mich an, was ich überhaupt erwarte, er sei nicht dazu da, ich solle es doch selber machen, es sei nicht möglich ein grosses Taxi zu bestellen. Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern und haben uns dann selber weiter geholfen. Jede weitere Taxifahrt in Portugal war gar kein Problem. Schade, dass alle drei Rezeptionisten dies offenbar nicht organisieren konnten/wollten!
