Was quite comfortable and the staff were great.
7.0The staff wree great. Even more so when i saw notes from housekeeping asking me to enjoy my day. That was heartwarming. And oh, I loved zambezi beer, btw!
− Some of the bathrooms could use upgrade. I stayed there at 2 different times, almost a week apart.

8.0Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and there were several convenient charging options, including USB-C ports, especially useful for guests whose plugs did not fit the available sockets.
− The bathroom had an overhead shower above the bathtub, meaning guests had to step into and out of the tub to shower. This was inconvenient and could pose a safety risk, especially when the surface was wet.
