8.0The location was perfect being in central Henley, minutes from the river and restaurants. It was clean and the staff wonderful. Would stay there again. The rooms are very small but that was expected, great value for money.
Fabulous location and an overall terrific stay!
9.0The location of the Rioshouse is fabulous for those attending the Henley Royal Regatta -- one simply cannot stay any closer to the Regatta finish line. And the hotel is super convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is a hotel with no reception but that never posed a problem. Keyless entry into the hotel, then our room, all went smoothly. And any questions were expeditiously answered by the hotel via the app. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day of our stay, with fresh towels provided. We would cheerfully stay here again.

Location great and it was clean but very basic
3.0The location is great , very central and near the regatta
− It is very small and very very basic. Not much privacy with the shower facilities . Rubbish was piled outside the main door when we arrived and it was very smelly . This happened on two of the days , they collect overnight . Very overpriced for what it was but it was regatta week .
