Beds were super comfortable and the room was nice. Overall it was decent

− The room could have been cleaner. There was a used towel hanging on hook on the back of the bathroom door; there was used soap bars in the tray inside the shower.

− Staff rude, refused us towels... There was a blackout from a storm and we saw zero staff, nobody notified us of any information.. our hotel room doors wouldn't work so had to prop open the doors to go find out what was going on.. the doors to go outside were locked and we couldn't get back in if we did go outside... there were fire hazards everywhere with multiple extension cords plugged into the walls.. no microwaves in the rooms
